Dry Red Wine, 13.5% ABV Made with Petite Pearl Grapes from our vineyard, blackberry, cherry, and grape jam notes with a smooth tannin finish.

Bria:

Dry White Wine, 11% ABV Made with Brianna Grapes from our vineyard, light & fruity with hints of tropical fruits and crisp clean finish.

Rushford Rosso:

Dry Red Wine, 13.5% ABV Made with our 2019 harvest of Petite Pearl and Marquette Grapes from our vineyard aged in French oak for 2 years, complex dark and red fruits with toasted oak and caramel notes, finish is warming and dry.

Brianna:

Semi-Sweet White Wine, 11% ABV Made with Brianna Grapes from our vineyard, light & fruity with hints of citrus and a slightly tart finish.

Cider-Rush Cherry Thai:

Semi-Sweet Hard Cider, 6.5% ABV Made with apples from Armstrong Orchard and Thai Sun Hot peppers from our garden, tart cherry, complex apple with just enough heat to make it interesting.

Somthing Omro:

Semi-Sweet Hard Cider blend, 10% ABV Made with apples, white grapes, and Pears from Omro. Complex apple and pear light grape with a light French character to make it interesting.

Northern Reds Pyment:

Semi-Sweet Red Grape mead, 13.5% ABV Made with Honey from Princeton, Marquette and Petite Pearl grapes from our vineyard. Honey forward, red current notes, complex berry character that finishes slightly tart.
